Less than 3 week stay - Reservations made via phone & held by credit card are subject to 50% of the total cost of the reservation if you cancel fewer than 14 days prior to your arrival or fail to show up for your reservation.

All rooms are non-smoking with smoking areas outside. Quoted rates reflect typical charges, but are subject to change without notice. Rates vary seasonally, and during holidays and special events.
Pets (Including ESA's)
The Pelican By The Sea Motel is NOT a pet friendly motel. Any pet (including ESA's) found on the property will constitute an immediate forfeiture of any monies owed or already paid.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check in is between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Check out is at 11:00 am. Guests desiring a later check-out should request it at the time of check-in. Later check-outs are made at our discretion; may not always be available and may incur additional fees above current room rates.
Refunds
One night stay - Reservations made via phone & held by credit card are subject to 100% of the total cost of the reservation if you cancel fewer than 14 days prior to your arrival or fail to show up for your reservation.
Our Rooms
Our motel has a total of 12 efficiencies and 2 separate apartments, one with one bedroom and one with two bedrooms. All efficiencies are the same rate. We believe in protecting the environment & our guests, so we use the latest in steam technology to clean our rooms. You are always assured the cleanest room at our motel.
